My Parents' Story

My parents have a wonderful relationship. Their story began when my father met my mother at university. He liked her immediately but was too shy to ask her out. They got to know each other better because they got on well with the same group of friends. After a few weeks, he finally found the courage to invite her to the cinema, and that was their first date.

Soon, they started to go out with each other officially. After a year, my father fell in love with my mother and decided to propose to her. He gave her a beautiful engagement ring, and they got engaged! A year later, they got married. My mother was a beautiful bride in a white dress, and my father was a happy groom. At the wedding, they exchanged wedding rings as a symbol of their marriage. After the celebration, they went on a honeymoon to Italy.

Now, they are a happy married couple. They brought up me and my brother with a lot of love. Sometimes, there is a small generation gap between us, but we always get on well with each other. If I am sad, they always find a way to cheer me up. Our family is the best!
